Shipping Timeframes

Orders are processed within 1–2 business days after purchase. Once shipped, estimated delivery times are 7-12 business days. Processing times do not include weekends or holidays.

Shipping Rates

Shipping costs are calculated at checkout based on: delivery location, package weight and size, and the selected shipping method. Any promotional free shipping offers will be clearly displayed on the website.

Order Tracking

Once an order ships, customers receive a confirmation email with a tracking number. Tracking updates may take up to 24–48 hours to appear.

Address Accuracy

Customers are responsible for providing a complete and accurate shipping address. Orders shipped to incorrect addresses due to customer error cannot be refunded or replaced.

Lost or Delayed Packages

If a package is delayed or appears lost:

  • Customers should contact support team with their order number.
  • Store will assist in filing a claim with the carrier.
  • Replacement or refund decisions depend on the carrier’s investigation outcome.

Customs, Duties & Taxes (International Orders)

International customers are responsible for any customs fees, import duties, or taxes charged by their country. These fees are not included in product or shipping prices.
